For standard drug screening applications and Phenotyping, or if you prefer a turnkey single part number system for Langendorff perfusions, choose one of our pre-configured package systems based on either the IH-SR frame or the UP-100 frame. These systems are provided with basic LVP measurement capability, constant flow or constant pressure perfusion options, perfusion pressure measurement and software. All of the accessories needed to begin your study are included.
If your lab requires more advanced or full-function isolated heart systems you will want to work with our expert technical team in the configuration of one of our specialized complete systems for Langendorff and/or Working Heart perfusion.
Our most flexible and compact Langendorff system is for the lab that may need to perfuse other organs (Liver, Kidney and more), or that requires multiple Langendorffs for high-throughput screening. The Specialized Complete Systems for Langendorff Heart Perfusion is ideal for safety pharmacology and toxicology labs needing to work with kidney, liver, and heart.
