The SuperVu System is a superb optical quality magnification system with laser designed optics and precise pupil alignment. These lenses are constructed of the highest quality lightweight optical glass and feature an ultra-lightweight metal alloy shell to offer clarity, comfort, and fit.
SuperVu SL
The SuperVu SL System is a Galilean optical system encased in a metal alloy shell. The SuperVu SL is comprised of a doublet objective and high power negative lens delivering 2.5x and 3.0x magnification and provides the widest field of view and excellent working depth. The benefit of this system is ease of use. Movement while maintaining focal clarity is made possible due to a superior depth of field.
The Ultra-lightweight aluminium bar and individual interpupillary adjustment provides stability for the mounted loupes and optimal focal alignment, eliminating headache and eyestrain. High quality light-weight glass and ultra-light aluminium is combined to guarantee supreme optical clarity and optimal comfort. This lenses weigh only 40 g (1.4 oz) giving you optimal comfort.
Multi-coated optics cut down on reflection and deliver superb color rendition.
SuperVu XL
The SuperVu XL System a prismatic system that has a total of five lenses and a roof prism to deliver higher magnification for advanced surgical procedures. This system delivers 3.5x, 4.5x, and 5.5x magnification.
The prismatic quality of these lenses guarantees a crisp, true image, even at the highest magnification. This system offers edge to edge clarity and precise color rendition that is ideal for surgical applications. These precision lenses are treated with an anti-reflective coating to produce a superior image. The compact design and reduced weight provide optical stability and comfort. These lenses only weigh only 57 g (2.0 oz).
Both systems are supplied with an autoclavable Flip Lever to easily move the lenses from your line of sight, a cleaning cloth and storage case. Optional accessories include a Leather Comfort Headband and Illumination System.
Choose a 34 cm working distance for performing surgery in a seated position and a working distance of 42 cm surgery in a standing position.
