PLUGSYS Data Interface Modules (ROM-DL, DIM, DIM-D)
Used as a central output for the analog output signals of the modules in a PLUGSYS Mainframe
The ROM-DL is used as a central output for the analog output signals of the modules in a PLUGSYS Mainframe. It is a direct 16-channel buffered analog output (internal) module. It can be used as a central output to a recording device if connected to a ROM-C. It is used instead of the ROM-A if the adjustment of the output amplitude is not required, i.e.,if the connected device can handle the ±10 Volt signals. The ROM-DL is only a connecting board and requires a DIM or a ROM-C as connection.
The ROM-DL is used in combination with the DIM module to realize the connection of the PLUGSYS modules to the Data Acquisition Board going with the HA-HSE data acqusition software. This combination gives a simple single cable connecting system.
For modules which require digital control, like PSM or PPG, used in the PLUGSYS Main System Case, the DIM-D allows the digital communication between the Data Acquisition Board, HA-HSE Software and these modules.
NOTE: ROM-C, ROM-B or DIM output connector modules are needed
