Customers inside UK

Claims for shortages or breakages cannot be allowed unless the Purchaser reports them to Harvard Apparatus Ltd within five days of receipt of the goods. Goods should not be returned to Harvard Apparatus Ltd without prior agreement in the form of a Return Materials Request (RMA) number. If no claim is received by Harvard Apparatus Ltd within five days of the date of receipt of the goods by the Purchaser, the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Purchaser as being in good order and in conformity with the contract, no claims will be accepted thereafter. In the event of goods being returned for credit and having been supplied as per the customer's order, we reserve the right to invoke a re-stocking charge.
