Genepaddles (TM)

BTX Genepaddles™ are designed for In Vivo and In Vitro applications such as Gene Delivery (IVEGD) in mouse embryo. Genepaddles are non-invasive, paddle-style, reusable electrodes suitable for a variety of applications. These electrodes are gold plated and come in two models, each model consisting of a pair of electrodes.

Applications:
• In Vivo Gene Delivery
• In Vitro Embryo Gene Delivery

BTX Genepaddles are designed for In Vivo and In Vitro applications such as Gene Delivery (IVEGD) in mouse embryo. Genepaddles are non-invasive, paddle-style, reusable electrodes suitable for a variety of applications. These electrodes are gold plated and come in two models, each model consisting of a pair of electrodes.

The electrodes are placed anterior and posterior to the embryo following injection of the molecule of interest and an electroporation pulse is delivered using a BTX Generator. The Genepaddles may be positioned in parallel at a predetermined gap in tissue using the Genetrode/Genepaddle Holder.

The Genepaddles come in two sizes with either 3 x 5 mm or 5 x 7 mm rectangular paddles. Select the electrode based on the size of the target electroporation area.

These Electrodes are connected to a 45-0201 Square Post Cable and interfaced with a pulse generator via the 45-0210 Coaxial Banana Cable.
